Qatar won the President's Cup at the World Handball Championships hosted by Germany and Denmark, after beating his Russian counterpart 34-28 on Sunday in a match to determine the 13th and 14th place as the President's Cup.

The President of the International Handball Federation Dr. Hassan Mustafa handed the Qatari team the Cup of the President after the end of the game.

The Qatari team ended the first half with three goals, 17-14, the same result that ended in the second half.

This is the first time that Annabi has won the President's Cup, and this title is the best after the teams qualified for the main role of the tournament.

Qatar was ranked eighth in the 2017 World Championships in France and second place and silver in the Doha World Championship in 2015.

On the other hand, the Saudi team ranked 21st in the tournament by beating Korea 27-26.

The Korean team ended the first half with a goal of 14-13, but in the second half the Saudi team won and won 14-12 to win the game, and progress in ranking on the Korean counterpart.
