NATO defense ministers met in Brussels on Tuesday.

They discussed strengthening and accelerating their deliveries of ammunition, weapons and combat aircraft to Ukraine.

For Joachim Bitterlich, former German ambassador to NATO, professor at ESCP Europe in Paris, guest of France 24, "NATO supports the defense of Ukraine and supports in this regard any independent country vis-à-vis against external aggression. NATO does not actively interfere in the fighting. There are no NATO soldiers on Ukrainian soil."
