On the morning of the 23rd, Typhoon No. 15 occurred in the sea south of Kochi Prefecture.


The typhoon is expected to approach the Pacific side of eastern Japan from western Japan from the night of the 23rd to the 24th.


There is a risk of heavy rain mainly in the Tokai, Kinki, and Kanto-Koshin areas, and caution is required against landslides and flooding of low-lying land.


Around 9:00 a.m. in the city of Kushimoto, Wakayama Prefecture, people were seen walking while holding umbrellas that were about to turn inside out due to strong winds, as the rain got stronger as the area got darker.
