According to the East Japan Expressway Aomori Administration Office, due to heavy rain, the Tohoku Expressway has been closed from 7:10 am on the 3rd on the up and down lines between the Owani Hirosaki Interchange and the Ikarigaseki Interchange.

Also, due to the heavy rain, National Route 280, which runs through Imabetsu Town, has a section of about 3 km from the Okudairabu district to the Hiradate district, and Prefectural Route 14 has a section of about 2 km from the Okawadaira district to the Futamata district. Due to a landslide, the road has been closed since around 5:00 am.



In addition, National Route 338, which runs through Mutsu City, has been closed to traffic since 5:20 a.m. due to a landslide in a section of about 200 meters from the Shukunobe area to the Kakizaki area.

According to Fukaura Town, Aomori Prefecture, residents have received information that multiple roads are flooded due to heavy rain, so the town and fire departments are confirming.
