According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, small volcanic earthquakes are increasing at Mt. Yake in the Northern Alps on the prefectural border between Nagano and Gifu.
For this reason, the Japan Meteorological Agency announced an eruption alert level 2 crater area warning at 9:30 am on the 24th, saying that an eruption that could affect an area of approximately 1 km from the assumed crater area could occur in the future.
Within a range of approximately 1 km from the assumed crater area, we are wary of large volcanic bombs associated with the eruption and are calling on people not to enter dangerous areas.
