Mr. Tadami Shirata of Mukawa Town has been running the only electronics store in the town for many years, but the store was partially destroyed by the earthquake three years ago.

Approximately eight months after the earthquake, Mr. Shirata resumed operations at a temporary store set up by the town, but as the move-in deadline approaches the end of February next year, he received a new loan from a financial institution and moved to the same location. It means that we have decided to rebuild the store.

Construction work for reconstruction began on the 6th, and work was being carried out to level the site with a large construction machine.

Mr. Shirata said, "I think it's finally started. The population is declining and sales are declining, but if you give up, many people will be in trouble. It's really hard from now on, but I've been helped so far. I want to give back, "he said.
