This is a video taken in a house in Tsubukuhonmachi, Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, around 4 am on the 14th.

You can see that a large amount of water is flowing into the house.

According to a man in his twenties who posted the video, the heavy rain that began on the night of the 13th caused water to overflow from the nearby Ikechogawa River, and water entered the house after 4 am.

As of 5:30 am, the water level has risen to a height of about 70 cm above the floor on the first floor.

The man contacted the fire department, but was told that he was evacuating to the second floor, saying, "We are giving priority to the elderly and children to rescue them, so please go upstairs and wait."

The man said, "The house is out of power and it's pitch black. I'm worried because I don't know when rescue will come."
