According to the Central Nippon Expressway, due to heavy snow,

the upper and lower lines between Hachioji Junction and Ichinomiya-Misaka Interchange on the Chuo Expressway are closed.

In addition, the

road between Otsuki Junction on the Chuo Expressway and the Subashiri Interchange on the Higashifujigoko Road is closed on the up and down lines.
