Approximately 200 units stuck on the Hokuriku Expressway in Toyama Prefecture Request for disaster dispatch to the Self-Defense Forces

According to Toyama Prefecture, due to heavy snowfall, a total of about 200 cars are stuck on the up and down lines of the section from Fukumitsu Interchange in Toyama Prefecture to Oyabe Interchange on the Tokai Hokuriku Expressway.

At 4:00 am, Toyama Prefecture requested the Ground Self-Defense Force to dispatch a disaster to tow vehicles and distribute food and fuel.
