Due to the blizzard from the 7th, about 49,000 households temporarily lost power due to the breakage of utility poles in Niigata prefecture, but as a result of the restoration work, it is being resolved.



Of these, in the Hashimoto area of ​​Nishikan Ward, Niigata City, 10 utility poles along the road were knocked down by the wind, causing a power outage.



The power outage was resolved using another power grid, but the utility poles remained blocking the road for eight days, and workers were checking the situation at the site.



According to Tohoku Electric Power Co., Inc., about 49,000 households temporarily lost power in Niigata Prefecture on the 7th, but as a result of the restoration work being carried out overnight, it is about to be resolved and the power outage occurred at 11:00 am on the 8th. There are about 700 units in total in Niigata City and other areas.



In the prefecture, damage such as utility poles falling down is occurring one after another in other areas, so Tohoku Electric Power is rushing to restore it.
