Following that, the prefecture was requested to dispatch the Self-Defense Forces, and in response to this, Akita Prefecture requested the Ground Self-Defense Force to dispatch a disaster.
According to the prefecture, the Ground Self-Defense Force Akita station will start work from the 7th at the earliest.
On the other hand, in Yokote City, members of the Ground Self-Defense Force have been engaged in snow removal and snow removal activities at elementary schools in wooden school buildings since the 6th, and the Self-Defense Forces will continue to work on the 7th.
