Tottori Yonago Kamo River is below the flooding water level at 8:53 on September 4

According to the Tottori Seibu Office, the Kamo River flowing through Yonago City exceeded the "flood risk water level", which is high in flood risk at the Matsue Observatory, due to the high tide caused by the approach of the typhoon. It fell below 7:50 am.

However, because the water level may rise again due to the ebb and flow of the tide, the Western Tottori Prefectural Office is calling for continued caution.
