Evacuation instruction to 42 households in Kariwano area, Daisen, Akita July 28, 9:31
Daisen City, Akita Prefecture, issued an instruction to evacuate 137 people from some 42 households in the Kariwano area at 8:50 am on the 28th because of the fear of heavy rain.
If you haven't evacuated from a dangerous place, please evacuate immediately if you are on alert level 4 of the 5 alert levels.
If it is more dangerous to move to an evacuation site, go to a safe place nearby or a higher place in the building to ensure your personal safety.
