In some areas such as Kumamoto Prefecture, delivery of mail and Yu-Pack is suspended.

Delivery is suspended at 9 am on the 17th in
Kumamoto Prefecture: Hitoyoshi City, Sagara Village, Yamae Village, Kuma Village, and parts of
 Ashikita Town and Yatsushiro City.
