According to Okayama Prefecture, the Takahashi River was above the flood risk level at Nagaya Observatory in Niimi City, but it fell below the flood risk level at 8:50 am.
The Takahashi River continues to exceed the flood risk level at the Hirose Observatory in Takahashi City.
