Housing damage: A total of 4711 buildings in 22 prefectures across Japan (as of 6:30 am on 9th) 11:19 on July 9th

We only know the damage such as flooding of houses due to this heavy rain, and there are more than 4,700 houses in 22 prefectures nationwide, mainly in Kyushu.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' Fire Department's summary as of 6:30 am on the 9th, this record heavy rain damage to homes has been confirmed in 22 prefectures nationwide, mainly in Kyushu, 4711 buildings in total.

Total destruction

Of these, "total destruction" of housing is

▽ 1 in Saga, for a total of 9 buildings.

Half destroyed

“Half-fracture” is

▽ 2 in Kagoshima prefecture, 5 in total.
