It is a video taken by an NHK helicopter after noon above Hita City, Oita Prefecture. The Kusu River flowing through the city has become a muddy stream, although the water volume has decreased from the 7th.
The new Amaze Bridge over the river has collapsed, and the bridge that fell sideways in the river has driftwood and other parts that are bent. You can see that the red suspension bridge just downstream is also broken.
