Due to the influence of the front and low pressure, heavy rain is accompanied by lightning in western Japan and eastern Japan on the 19th, and extremely heavy rain may occur in western Japan from dawn to dawn on the 19th. The Japan Meteorological Agency has called for caution in sediment-related disasters, inundation of low-lying land, and flooding of rivers.

According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, warm and moist air flows toward the front extending to western Japan, and rain clouds locally develop, causing heavy rainfall.

In addition, a low pressure on the front is expected to pass from western Japan to eastern Japan on the 19th, and it is expected that heavy rain will be accompanied by local thunderstorms in the western part of Japan before noon on the 19th and in eastern part of the evening on the 19th.

Especially in western Japan such as northern Kyushu and Kinki, extremely heavy rain of 50 mm or more per hour may occur locally from early morning on the 19th to the morning.

The amount of rainfall over the 24 hours until the evening of the 19th is high in both areas:

▽ 180 mm in northern Kyushu and the Izu Islands,
▽ 150 mm in Tokai,
