National Life Center Established a consumer hotline for disaster areas October 29, 18:43

In order to prevent damage by malicious business operators who took advantage of disasters, the National Life Center has set up a free hotline from November 1 in the affected areas to prevent damage caused by typhoons and heavy rain. Will be accepted for phone consultation.

Since last month, typhoon No. 15 and Typhoon No. 19 caused heavy rain and many houses were inundated, so we took a disaster and charged a higher price than usual for repairing houses. There is concern that troubles by malicious vendors may increase.

For this reason, the National Life Center has set up a hotline that allows consumers to make free telephone consultations in 14 prefectures such as Tohoku and Kanto, where damage has been severe since November 1.

In the telephone consultation, a specialist counselor will give advice on how to find a remodeling company that can be relieved and what to do if there is a problem.

Dial number 0120-486-188

It is possible to consult from a mobile phone and accept it from 10am to 4pm including Saturdays and Sundays.
