According to the Isumi Civil Engineering Office in Chiba Prefecture, the Isumi River that flows through Isumi City exceeded the "flooding dangerous water level" at around 7:50 pm at the Kuwata Observatory. Chiba Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
