Mobara City, Chiba Prefecture, issued an evacuation advisory for 7,331 households along the Ichinomiya River in the city at 10:20 am due to heavy rain. The information corresponding to level 4 out of the five alert levels calls for prompt evacuation of all members. Accordingly, Mobara City has opened evacuation centers in nine locations in the city.
