According to the Ichihara Civil Engineering Office in Chiba Prefecture, the Yoro River flowing through Ichihara City exceeded the flood risk level at Ushiku Observatory at 11:50 am. Chiba Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
