Ichinomiya River overflowed in Mobara City Chiba Oct. 25 16:58
According to residents living in Midoricho, Mobara-shi, Chiba, the Ichinomiya River flowing through the city is overflowing.
According to this inhabitant, the water level of Ichinomiya River rose in the afternoon, and around 4 o'clock there were houses near the river that were flooded to the floor.
Chiba Prefecture is currently rushing to collect information about Ichinomiya River.
