Abiko City, Chiba Prefecture, issued a evacuation recommendation to 133 households and 263 people living in the landslide disaster warning area at 0:30 pm because there was a risk of landslides due to heavy rain.
The information corresponding to warning level 4 out of the five warning levels calls for immediate evacuation.
