Nagano City closed the sluice between the Chikuma River and Asakawa because the water level of the Chikuma River has risen due to the rain so far and there is a risk that it will flow back into the tributary Asakawa. The city uses a pump to drain water, but there is a risk of flooding in Asakawa. Urged evacuation again.
The target areas are Toyano Town Asano, Toyono Akanuma, Tsuno, Hoho, Sansai, Shimokomazawa, Nagano City.
Evacuation destinations are Toyonohigashi Elementary School Toyono Nishi Elementary School Northern Sports Recreation Park, Showa-no-Mori Park Fitness Center, Furusato Elementary School, and Nagano Sports Park.
