In Nagano Prefecture, the whereabouts of a 68-year-old man in Saku City has been lost due to the heavy rain disaster caused by Typhoon No. 19, and the whereabouts of a 73-year-old man in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, who had visited Tomi City, is not known.

Both are located upstream of the Chikuma River from Nagano City, and the police are searching for riverbeds.
