According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, in Mikiri, Owase City, Mie Prefecture, 121 mm of intense rain was observed in one hour until 9:20 pm. Due to the imminent danger of disasters, the Japan Meteorological Agency has called for “record short-time heavy rain information” to ensure safety.
