Nakagawa river bank breaks at two places in Hitachi-Omiya city.
According to the Kanto Regional Development Bureau, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Nakagawa River that flows through Ibaraki Prefecture has been flooded due to two levee breaks in Hitachi Omiya City.
The levee broke down in two locations in the Noguchi and Shimoiseba areas of Hitachiomiya City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
