More than 13,890 water outages in 8 prefectures (as of 5:00 am) 10:04 on October 13

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, as of 5:00 am on the 13th due to the impact of Typhoon 19, more than 13,890 households in 8 prefectures have been shut down.

There are 4540 units in Marumori, Miyagi, 4200 units in Tsukuba Mirai, Ibaraki, 1200 in Kanraku, Gunma, and 2500 in Yamakita, Kanagawa.

In Nagano Prefecture, there are 420 units in Tomi City, 416 units in Sakuho Town, 73 units in Saku City, 48 units in Nagawa Town, as well as in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture and Minami Boso City, Chiba Prefecture. But the scale is not clear.

In addition, damages from floods and power outages have been confirmed at hospitals in various regions. Inundation damage has been confirmed in Fukushima and Tochigi prefectures, and in Tokyo and Nagano prefectures, respectively.
