Yamagata Obanazawa Niugawa is inundated at the dangerous flood level October 13th 1:17
According to Yamagata Prefecture, the Niu River flowing through the prefecture exceeded the “flooding danger water level” at around Yukizawa Observatory in Obanazawa City at around 0:45 am on the 13th.
Yamagata Prefecture is calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding is increasing.
