According to Tochigi City, the Tonami River flowing through Tochigi City was flooded at 8:45 pm in Kodaira-machi where the river water exceeded the embankment.
Tochigi City and Meteorological Observatory have announced flood occurrence information, which is the highest level among the five warning levels, and are calling on local residents to ensure safety.
