According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Ichinogawa in Saitama Prefecture exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at the Tenjinbashi Observatory in Higashimatsuyama City at 0:10 pm.
Saitama Prefecture is calling for strict alerts by issuing "inundation risk information" as the risk of flooding is extremely high.
