Niigata Ojiya Shinano River to the flood danger water level October 13 3:00
According to Niigata Prefecture, the Shinano River flowing through Ojiya City reached the inundation risk level at around 0:10 am, where there is a risk of inundation at the observation station in the city.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Japan Meteorological Agency are calling for strict alerts as rivers may be flooded and flooded due to levee breaks.
