One person trapped in a car on the flooded road Shizuoka Makinohara Oct. 12 19:09
According to the fire department, the road was flooded in the vicinity of the city hall Sugawara government building in Makinohara City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and the light truck was stuck and the door could not be opened.
Firefighters are rushing to rescue operations because one of the two people on board is trapped.
