Miyagi Osaki Shibui River flooded dangerous water level October 13th 3:59
According to Miyagi Prefecture, the Shibui River flowing through the prefecture exceeded the inundation risk level at 2:10 am at the observation station in Osaki City.
The prefecture and meteorological observatories are calling for strict vigilance as the danger of flooding is very high.
