Miyagi Osaki Naruse River to flood danger water level October 13th 3:44
According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Naruse River flowing through Miyagi Prefecture exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at 2:10 am, where there was a risk of flooding at an observation station in Osaki City.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Meteorological Observatory are calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding has increased greatly.
