Iwate Noda-mura Ube River is inundation dangerous water level October 12th 23:50
The Ube River, which flows through Noda Village in Iwate Prefecture, exceeded the inundation risk level at 11 pm where there was a risk of flooding at the Noda Observatory. Iwate Prefecture has called for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding has increased greatly.
