Kanagawa Hakone-cho Hayakawa is flooding dangerous water level October 12th 20:35
According to Kanagawa Prefecture, Hayakawa, which flows through Hakone, exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at around 7:30 pm on the 12th at the observation station in Miyagino, Hakone.
Kanagawa Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
