Kanagawa Hiratsuka part evacuation instructions Oct. 12 16:32
Due to the impact of Typhoon No.19, Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture is expected to release the Shiroyama Dam in Sagamihara City urgently from 5:00 pm. Evacuation instructions were issued to 246,985 people in 106,661 households in the river basin.
With information on alert level 4, the city calls for immediate evacuation.
