Chiba Sakura Evacuation advisory throughout the city October 12th 11:16
Sakura City in Chiba Prefecture issued an evacuation recommendation to 78,077 households and 175,279 people throughout the city at 10:40 am because of the possibility of landslide disasters due to the approach of Typhoon # 19.
The information corresponding to level 4 out of the five alert levels calls for prompt evacuation of all members.
