Canceled heavy rain special warning in Nagano and Niigata prefectures October 13th 3:25

The Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima prefectures continue to receive special heavy rain warnings, and the Japan Meteorological Agency calls for the highest level of alert for landslides, river flooding, and inundation.
In Nagano and Niigata prefectures, where special warnings have been lifted, there are still areas where the ground has been loosened due to rain and rivers that are flooding, so there is still a need to be vigilant.
