According to firefighting, around 9:30 am on the 12th, an unconscious man in his 40s was found in a light freight car turned over in Shimono, Ichihara, and was taken to the hospital, but soon died.
The house was damaged by a gust of wind near the site, and the fire station that was dispatched found a car. Police and fire departments are investigating the connection with gusts.
