2 dams in Tochigi Kinugawa without emergency discharge October 13 0:09
The Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has announced that the water level of the Kinugawa River and Kawaji Dam in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture, was going to perform emergency discharge in response to the rising water level of the dam. As a result, we decided not to perform emergency release.
