Ise City, Mie Prefecture, issued an evacuation advisory to 65 people in some 25 households in Isobe Town at 6:52 am because the Yada River may be inundated.
With information that corresponds to warning level 4 out of the five levels of warning, Ise City is calling for everyone to evacuate promptly.
