According to JR East, the rain gauge exceeded the regulation level due to heavy rain caused by Typhoon No. 19,
▽ Between Takao Station and Otsuki Station on the Chuo Main Line,
▽ Both Ome Station and Okutama Station on the Ome Line are waiting for driving on the upper and lower lines. There is no prospect of resuming operation.
These two lines are scheduled for a “planned suspension” as the typhoon approaches.
