Recorded heavy rain near Shintoshima, Taketomi-cho, Okinawa
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, in the vicinity of Shintomijima, Taketomi-cho, Okinawa Prefecture, it is estimated that a heavy rain of about 120 mm has occurred in one hour until 9:30 pm by radar analysis.
As the danger of disaster is imminent, the Japan Meteorological Agency has called for “record short-time heavy rain information” to ensure safety.
