Chiba Kamogawa, September 16th 11:09 am

In Kamogawa City, Chiba Prefecture, where many houses were damaged by Typhoon No. 15, there were some houses that were flooded by the rain from early morning on the 16th, and the residents looked tired.

Of these, the houses in the Kamogawa City Square area had a roof that was 9 meters long and 5 meters wide due to a typhoon. The blue sheet alone could not cover it, it rained where it was, and the house was flooded.

Isao Sogabe (66) living in this house with two couples said, “This rain is in a place where people are living in a disability after a blackout. I ’m at a loss. I ’m shocked. ”

A 68-year-old woman, whose roof was damaged by a typhoon, spent an uneasy night on the 15th with a blue sheet in the leaking living room. The woman said, “I'm relieved that I haven't leaked so far, but I woke up many times on the 15th because of rain. I can't rest.”
