The person who died on suspicion of heat stroke was Yoshimitsu Ohama (66) who lives in Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture. According to his wife Uno (49), Mr. Yoshimitsu had heart problems and asthma, and his body was weak.

In the early morning of this month, when the room was darkened due to a power outage and the cooler could not be used, Yoshimitsu said that he was sweating like a waterfall with a red face on the bedroom bed.
