Tochigi Takanezawa Town 900 blackout September 12 8:16
According to TEPCO, as of 7:50 am on the 12th, there are about 900 blackouts in Takanezawa Town, Tochigi Prefecture.
The power outage is expected to be recovered at around 8:50 am, but TEPCO is investigating the detailed cause and rushing to recover.
