Under the influence of Typhoon No. 15, Kanagawa Prefecture received a request from Kamakura City, where power outages continued, and made a disaster dispatch request to the Ground Self-Defense Force at 3:25 pm on the 10th.
According to the prefecture, Kamakura City cannot recover from a power outage due to the fallen trees and earth and sand caused by the typhoon.
